Domestic Orders (Within Ireland)

  • Shipping Cost: €6-10 per order. Orders will be dispatched via An Post tracked service. Dispatch time for all orders is within 5 working days. Please allow up to a week for delivery.

International Orders

  • Shipping Cost: €12-24 per order, based on the destination. Orders are typically sent via An Post tracked service, with occasional use of courier services. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, extending to 3-4 weeks during the Christmas period.
  • Orders shipped outside of the EU are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to me due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for swap, credit, or refund, at our discretion. Returned items must be unused and shipped back in the same condition to prevent breakage in transit. All returns are at the sole discretion of Dylan Jordan Ceramics, and I reserve the right to refuse any return.

Handmade Variation

  • Variation: Please note that all items are handmade, so variations in colour, size, and shape can occur. Photographs may not always represent the exact item but are indicative of the design and colour.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Recycling: I use recyclable materials in my packaging and encourage customers to recycle or reuse materials received.
