All orders from Dylan Jordan Ceramics (Ireland) to the U.S. are subject to import fees.

What to Expect:

• Import Fees: U.S. law requires taxes, duties, and carrier fees on nearly all commercial imports. Expect at least a 15% tariff plus carrier fees. These are not included in your checkout payment.
  
• Payment: Please provide a valid email at checkout. The U.S. carrier will email you to pay import fees within 5 days. Your order will only be delivered once fees are paid.
  
• Non-Payment: Orders not paid on time will be returned to Ireland. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and product refunds will deduct return shipping and customs fees.
